TCG Prize codes not working for anyone else?

At the last Neopets TCG tournament, I came in fourth and won six Lost Desert packs. I entered two codes (plus one from a CoM pack) and then when I entered a few more, they all turned out to be 'invalid', even though I copied the code perfectly. What's going on?

lol, someone made a program where u could generate codes and claim free prizes

pity that the people who make keygens for software do not play neopets, or else that program will be all over the place

I'd suggest making photocopies of the packs, and writing an email to neopets explaining what happened. Include your username, and when you won the packs. They should be able to track what username claimed the prize code items.

If you do not get a response in, say, two weeks, write a letter and send it through the mail.

It's hardly funny that innocent people are being cheated out of their prizes. Any talk of programs like this will *not* be tolerated here.

What shapu said was the best thing to do. Include as much information as possible, scans or clear digital photos of the packs/item code cards (especially!) would be fantastic things to include. If that fails, mail your photocopies to neopets. I should think they'd be able to help you out one way or another, and hopefully punish the person that wrongfully claimed your prize.

I've entered hundreds of TCG codes myself, and have never had that problem. My reccommendation is to wait a couple of days, and try them again. If that still doesn't work, then take the above advice and use the proper reporting form. TNT will take care of you with no problems.

And congratulations on your 4th place finish!

Oh, nevermind. When re-entering the codes, I realized that what I thought were 'U's were actually 'V's. ._.
