Can you believe it.... i created a new acct to give my boyfriend. Guess what?

It was frozen less then 5 MINS on creation!!!!

It's just 5 MINs old..... nothing of value in it.... NOTHING at all. And it was FROZEN!!!!!

When i tried to log in... even the freeze bot has no idea why my acct was frozen.

Sheesh.....

really dunno what to do now....

username is : whispermaster

my username isn't even vulguar, misleading or anything......

:x :x :(

I would fill out the autoform and try to get some information. That 'we don't know why you were frozen' message has got to be the most frustrating thing!

Right now, the only thing I can think of (it's late) is that the name you chose was an old one that was probably supposed to be purged from the system, but for some reason wasn't.

it was probaby just a mistake. neopets have been trying to get rid of all the duped items. TNT must have tried freezing someone else and accidentally clicked your name.

Maybe it's because your name has the word "sperm" in it?

whi-sperm-aster

That's a stretch. And extremely unlikely.

If that's the case, then there are ALOT of other people out there who will have to be frozen.

Besides, they SHOULD already have certian filters working to stop undesired words during acct creation. No?

You would think so.

*shrugs* T'was just a guess.

I bet that it is because you created ur b/f account on YOUR computer using the same IP address that you would use when you log on to ur account; and neo decided it was fishy, so instead of risking you do tombola and other things they put a stop to it now.

I can name about 10 accounts that I've created for my friends or that they've created for themselves on this very computer, and they're all all still just fine. Well, except for my old one, which was frozen for apparently no reason..

Doesn't make sense. People are allowed to have up to 5 accounts, so how would Neo know whether she was creating it for herself or for her boyfriend?

However, I have a question to ask, moderator. Did you use a seperate email address for this account or did you use your own email address? Because you are only allowed to have 5 accounts per email address. So, Neo could have zapped the account if it discovered that you already had 5 on that email address.

Either that, or it was the word "sperm" that sent up a red flag. Very possible.

I used my BF's E-mail address. And if it REALLY is the username, then it's really silly.

Who reads the word "sperm" in "whispermaster" in the first place? every one reads words in it's entirety. who reads in the middle of the words?

My Bf tells me to forget it, that darling..... but just because he is willing to just let it slide, when it's really no ones fault that makes me so mad....

Sigh.

It is a tough battle to fight, but do realize its not a person reading it... its a machine. And just like a filter on a website, if it has part of a banned word somewhere within that word... *poof* more than likely it'll catch it.
