I had premium - I say had because I'm two days behind paying my credit card, and it appears they charged my card today... or tried to.
Will they re-attempt to charge my card later? Do I have to re-sign up once my payment goes through?
Who should I contact about this?
If anything - if you're a premium user with referrals left, I'll just re-sign up with my other card

It'd probably be best to call them as soon as you can, and I'm not sure what they do about a situation like that. If you've paid up on that credit card before you call them, I'm sure they could just retry it at your request
You probably won't need another referral, but I do have a few left if you need it to sign back up.

it says that "The FAQ, E-mail, and phone number above are for Neopets Dial-Up Internet Service questions only." All I need is info reinstating the premium service, not the internet service.
Do you think I should try anyway?
Later: Yay! It allowed me to get into my user admin anyway and I could change my card to my debit... which actually HAS money, hehe...

Yeah, even though it says it's for dial-up they mean it's for the whole thing. Silly Neopets
