Plushie Paint Brush

I was wondering if the plushie pb's could be bought in a shop somewhere on neopets or if they are only availible through random events (and the trade posts)?

They are only available through Random Events. So, because of their price, you can probably only find them on the TP and in the auctions. Every so often, you might find one for 99999 in a shop but that is extremely rare.

Or if you get lucky like I did, a Fountain Faerie Quest. Still quite expensive but usually cheaper than what you'll find for them in the TP or Auction House.

What I want to know, is what you have to do it get a FF quest. Do you have to be on Neopets for a certain amount of time?

no, it is completely random. You could get one the second you created your account.

I had mine almost 5 years before getting a Fountain Quest but I know of people who had their accounts less than a year that did as well.

bler. yeah i haven't had any FF quests... I need to stop wanting things that are only availible through random events. ^_^;;

i think last year or so when they were pretty new. i sold it for about 1.5 million but i heard they were selling for like 3 mil now but im probobly wrong

what does a plushie paint brush do? i saw one earlier in someone's shop and thought about buying it, but i wasn't really sure what to do with it.

in a shop!? oh mans. =_= I never get lucky enough to see a buyable one. They change your pet to plushie color. some of them are cute- i really want my hissi to be plushie. ^_^!!

that's one of the most expensive colours next to grey and pirate. and I'm trying to save up for one for my grundo when I want to paint at least one other pet pirate.
