it's linking to an outside site, i would say it's spam and i would report it

Report! This person is trying to get you to sign up for another game site called marapets. If you sign up for it, they'll probably get some referal points.

It's referall spamming. Definately report it.

Just a curiosity, would reporting the user to Marapets for referall spamming do any good?
