Does the wheel of excitement still give your pet the bubbles, or has that changed to a new disease?

I've gotten Bubbles and I think one or two other diseases but I rarely pay attention since usually the Healing Faerie fixes it within a few hours.

The WoE gives out only one disease at a time. The current disease is bubbles I guess (I haven't spun it in 6 months). It tends to stay the same disease for months at a time too. Neopox was the disease for either 6 months or a year...
