HELP PLEASE

Ok.. I have done everything on up to where you are looking at the telescope.. I have when to www . boomspeed . com / zaniam / theSky.html and a couple other places and tried to understand what I have to do but I am lost what is the next step and in english please cause I am LOST!!!!
