If you have a look in the "tarla" thread in the general chat board you can see when other members last got alerted to her giveaways.

The last alert I've seen on the tarlaalerts community on LJ was 9:30pm NST on November 2nd.
Looks like she ran off again, as that community is pretty good at updating at least one time a day if she's appeared.
