Packrat Avatar!

I wish you the best of luck. I did the whole avatar in a weekend. And phew, I burned out on Neo for about two weeks after. Didn't want to see a Neopet. Didn't want to play a game. But I did get that avatar!!!!! So, I do hope that you don't suffer burn out. And if so, it is a great time to pick up a book or watch a few movies and recharge those brain cells.

I suggest buying lots of Usuki sets. Most of them are cheap and there's heaps of them. Good luck

First time I got this avatar, I did it exclusively with items I got off the Money Tree. That was fun!

Hee, my challenge was to get the avatar without buying anything specifically for the avatar. Took at least a year, maybe more: at least, I started when the avatar came out and just got it a few months ago.

I admit I cheated a little and ate omelettes and jellies, bought an extra of Faerie quest items when they were very cheap, and hung out near the Money Tree and Rubbish Dump as I was getting close. :-)

Good Job!! You sparked me to do the same... I didn't really know there was a check list for the Packrat Avatar. I used the Avatarlist here for my Avatar collection. I highly doubt I'll finish as quick as you!

because i'm incredibly lazy
i knew that if i gave myself too much time i'd just give up... i have to do things in small bursts lol. Besides, it was a fun challenge. United me with my guild members, really opened my eyes to just how much TRUST there is in EKoN
I had guild members loan me their entire collections of items;
plushies, petpets, stained glass windows, books... things that really AREN'T cheap. Just that they trust me like that makes me happy

Yes, Avatarlog's Project Packrat was the reason why I got my own avatar. For one thing, it was a real online checklist and that's what I like best about it
