Sultan's Quest?

I was on a side account in Firefox and went to the News page and one of the bottons above the news next to the Games master challenge is a Sultan's quest button. When you click it it brings you here:

Apparently only for Canadians. I haven't changed my location yet but it's a puzzle of some kind. Anyone know what it's about?
