I think that's a bit confusing, so I'm going to say it a different way:
There's a place on the Explore map whose name can be spelled from letters in the anagram. That's where you can go to look for part of the unscrambled question. The name of the place it is in, is not in the unscrambled question.

-Look at the last four letters of the anagram. These letters are included in the word thats repeated twice (in full)
