Right, so, Down 4 is: Price for getting 11 correct guesses on Tyranu Evavu.

Now, do you reckon that they actually mean "price" in which case it's 30, the price to play? Or do you think it's just a typo and they actually mean prize, in which case I'm not sure (playing right now to find out...)? Help! Not sure what to submit.

Based on other answers, they mean *prize*, not price. Someone posted the prize on the neoboards, so I may as well share here (couldn't find it by google or on PPT's game guide, and maxed out my plays for today): 225 NP.
