I had a bunch of advent calendar items (back to year 1!) in my gallery. I then took them all out and quickstocked them into my SDB. I took out 70 something (oops), so when I went to quickstock them back into my SDB it said I could only do X at a time. No problem, I think...do that. I go look in my SDB, and suddenly all the advent items I put back seem disabled. They have no image! When I take them out and access my items, they are unclickable. The only way I can put them anywhere is through quickstock. Any suggestions as to what I should do? I don't want to lose these items!
EDIT: Luckily, only 10 items were affected, so if I have to replace them it wouldn't be a big deal.

I can't help you with the problem, but just to let you know that you're not the only one. I haven't been able to see some item images for quite awhile. I found that if they are in my inventory and I keep refreshing they sometimes appear. I also rarely see the sad pose of pets.
This happens even on non-neopets sites such as neoitems.net and neocolours.me.uk/ . If I try, at the latter site, to view all the blue pets in the sad pose I only see maybe 2 or 3 of them.
I sent a bug report a long time ago, but never got a reply.

I sent in a bug report on Friday, yes.
It's not only have the images gone missing, I cannot perform any action to them in my inventory. They are not clickable at all! I've moved them back and forth between my gallery, inventory, and SDB...but they won't revert.
I think it's because when I removed the items from my gallery, the number of items in my inventory exceeded 50. I got no warning that was the case; it let me remove all the items at once from my gallery. It's like some information got "stripped" from those items or something.
How long does it take for Neopets to look at bug reports anyways?

It takes a very long time. I send in once, and they replied over a month later

Very, very long time. I once sent a bug report about a score I had that was cleared, and by the time I got a reply, I didn't even know that I had sent one.

Oh geez.
I will just go buy those items and keep them elsewhere until I hear from TNT, if I hear from them. Covering my butt that way

You know, this is just a side note, but having Premium has been so wonderful about sending in bug reports - I get real responses within a week in all but a handful of cases.

I've been toying with getting Premium for awhile; maybe after the New Year when I can assess my budget
lol.
EDIT: An update. I went to buy one of my "broken" items from a shop. This is what I get...
The snow chia plushie is not even clickable. This happened to *all* the items I searched for, no matter what shop I checked.
*sigh* I wish I knew this before I sent the bug report...looks like I am barred from these 10 items for the moment
