Is she putting it in correctly? You'd be surprised how often people mess that up.

Make sure that she's putting the O and 0 in correctly, if one of them are there. It's sometimes hard to distinguish between those in some codes.

Yup. Things like that happen quite often for me. So I suggest that she copy or paste the code from the email. Or she can simply click the link in the email.
If she already deleted the email, then she can easily get TNT to send her the activation code again.
