Toolbar Alert problem

I having problems with the toolbar alerts. Each time the same message
No you can't have anything for free. Shoo! Shoo! Goodness... Neopians these days
In the last 10 minutes it's flashed 40 times. 8 times since I started writing this. In fact right at this very second its flashing.
Its very annoying.
Anyone else got this problem. I have IE7. But I have had it for months and never had the problem before.
