Quick Question

Sat Jan 13, 2007 1:58 am

sorry if this is supposed to go somewhere else:
I am currently playing Eliv Thade, and was wondering...
if i leave it open over night, will it reset at midnight?
or can i continue where i left off the next day? i ask this simply because i'm not sure there's enough hours in the day to get me to the gold trophy lol

I don't think is resets on midnight, but don't quote me on that.

It won't reset, but it will count towards the next day. That's my best guess. I would say that because I've played a game straight through midnight and it let me do so and the points just counted towards the new day.

The last game I tried to play through midnight recently gave me an error message when I tried to send. (it wasn't Eliv Thade though, so I can't comment on that.)

ok yeah it won't, i checked the eliv thade guide on avatar.starried. thanks you guys for your help!

if you wanted to check (if you hadnt found the answer) you could have played like one round just before midnight and then carried on after and checked what happened.

it wouldnt make sence for it to happen though, as people are just as likely to be playing a game over midnight as over any other hour change, since people from all over the world play. it would seriously mess up anyone playing over midnight, which probably happens a LOT.

If you leave any game sitting open for too long, you'll get that stupid red error message when you try to send your score. It's most likely an anti-cheater precaution -- I'm sure it seems fishy when someone opens a game but doesn't send a score until eight hours later.

I also seem to get the red error message often when I'm in a world challenge and try to send a score in minute 59 (last minute of the WC). Stupid red error message.
