Say I have a friend that is entering the BC and wants to advertise on the premium boards,but doesn't have premium.Could I advertise on the premium boards for her?

Well, on the BC boards it's considered against the rules to advertise for someone else's pet, so I can only assume that the same applies for the Premium Boards.

I'd try saying something to your friends like "Oh wow, this picture is really cool... the one by "enter username here"

Watch what you say when advertising for someone else since it's against the rules.
If you really want to tell people, tell people OFF of Neopets like through an instant messenger or something.

because if people had famous or influential friends, they just got THEM to advertise it and it gave people unfair advantages.
