Contacting TNT :(

Wed Jan 17, 2007 12:11 pm

Hi fellow neopians. Just wondering, how long does it take to get a response from TNT? Because I have sent 3 complaints regarding a glitch at the auction house which took place last month at 9.01NST (can't remember the exact date unfortunately) :( . As a loyal player for more than 5 years, I was bidding on a fairie paint brush and the server registered my bid of 570.5k pure twice, leaving me with NEGATIVE 200,000 neopoints! When the auction ended, I was only refunded one of these bids, and therefore I lost 570.5k pure through no fault of my own :(. I have almost lost hope of receiving the neopoints back (even though I have almost all the required details- ie seller's username, lot number etc). Can anyone offer me advise to contribute to my (admittedly dying) hope of getting my neopoints back? Thanks :) hpfanficton

Maybe e-mailone staff ember and explain to them?

Thanks for the good idea but I don't have any of their email addresses unfortunately. I already tried contacting them through neomail, but both donna and borovan only accept mail from neofriends. If you have their (or any other staff member's ) address I would really appreciate it if you could post it here.

EDIT: Sorry if I didn't make it clear earlier, but I've already tried using the complaint form direct to TNT three times in the last month with no success :(

mailto:brandon@supportneopets.com is one I think.

Just sent a courteous email explaining the problem, with proof and exact details (including the date/time NST :) ). Thanks again and fingers crossed for a response.

EDIT: is there a dot between support and neopets? Because on another forum, somebody posted the address as mailto:brandon@support.neopets.com

i believe there is a dot...but you should try emailing both then you'll find out if one returns as a "not email"

You could try neomailing Greg (flighttime)

Thanks but unfortunately greg/flighttime only accepts neomail from neofriends.

You have to e-mail them, not neomail them.

Ok, but do you know any other staff members' email address (apart from brandon's). Thanks :)

Considering I haven't received any sort of reply/confirmation that they have looked at my messages over the last 3 weeks, do you think that they 1. haven't received them for some reason
2. are too busy to attend to the glitch
or 3. ignoring me :( because they don't believe me

Just wondering, have other people ever had problems contacting TNT in the past?

Seriously, don't expect a reply.
I've filled out forms before, and only gotten a reply saying WHY my account was frozen.
But when my last account was frozen a few months ago, I got no reply. At all.
I wouldn't bother though. Really.
It's a waste of your time.

I still wouldnt expect a reply, no matter what. Filling out forms for anything is useless.
