paint brushes

hello ,how come paint brushes arent sold in shops not even the ghost paint brush where and for how much can i sell mine?

Paintbrushes are rareish items. If they were plentiful, everyone would have one and it wouldn't be as much fun to finally GET one. Its basic economics from here. Its all supply and demand.
What I would do, if I were you, and wanted to sell the one I had...
Go check out the trading post, auction genie, or shop wizard. Do a few searches to see how much other people are selling theirs for. Try to price yours competitively -- if you want a quick sale, price it for a bit less than the average. If you're willing to wait - go for an average price of all that you find. If you're feeling lucky - price it higher and cross your fingers hoping that your buyer doesn't know how to price things or is impatient (and willing to buy high).

You can buy most of the basic colors in user shops, but only one Neopian Shop sells paint brushes ... the Hidden Tower in Faerieland. You can also buy them in auctions or in trades. All others are obtained through random events, some games like Fruit machine, and referals.
