OK, I accidently chose to play against AAA for this game and I can't even get to half his score! 
Is there anyway to quit the challenge and play Abigail instead or can someone just tell me how to beat 2500 points.

It takes a LOT of time and patience - and many replays to get over 2500. I did it once and got the avatar and have never been able to do it again.
One way to boost your points is to completely clear the first stage and get the 250 bonus. When on the bonus screen - before moving on to round two - type in "destroyboulders" for an extra 250 points.
