How do the hit points rise, like mine i s 14 when it started and it till is, but some other peoples are like 139, how do they rise it?

Actually, you'll quickly find that training endurance is MUCH MUCH MUCH more expensive in the long run than labbing. However, there are other things to take into consideration when you decide whether to lab, the biggest of which is whether you're planning to train defense.

Also, Faerie Quests give HP if you get the Dark Faerie. But please don't count on just that to raise it. Depending on how high you want to raise your HP you will be able to make a smart decision. And if you lab, be prepared for a level and HP inbalance where you can't train anything except Level until your level is 1/2 your endurance.
