I am a premium user whose yearly renewal has recently come up. This would be automatically billed, but I suspect there has been a problem with the billing, as I have moved and failed to change my billing address with TNT.
When I try to go to the portal page, I get into the admin section of the portal, and that is it. It will not actually allow me to change my address or phone number.
I have tried using the 1-877-neopian phone number listed, but cannot get through (says the number is invalid). It might be because I live in Canada. Can anyone tell me how I can get ahold of them? I have very limited access because of this stupid thing and can only find that one contact number.

I sent silverlilly the international phone number for neo. Perhaps I wasn't the only one. Anyway, she's contacting them now. Let us know how it goes! Hope you're back up and running soon!

Good luck with your premium account silverlilly. I know how difficult it can be to try to contact the premium service.

They got it sorted out. I have no idea what they did or didn't do, but I kept getting asked to re-log in and finally it worked. They gave me 6 free days of premium as compensation (I think it's just that they had to renew my subscription from today, and account renewal was actually supposed to be 6 days ago, or something like that).
