Premium disappeared

Hey guys. My premium randomly disappeared today. As in one minute was working, then I refreshed and it was gone. The girl who referred me got a neomail saying I decided to discontinue my use. I changed my pw just in case but now I need to get my premium back. Does any one have a phone number or email that I can use to help get this problem fixed? Thanks!
