Prefferibly not too much-- I'm trying to get 1 million NP, and I'm current at 800K.. So I don't want to spend *too* much that it'd hinder the time it takes to get 1 mil an awful lot.

Scarab Rings were cheap, and they're the best attack weapon in the dome, I've read. Well, other than the SAP.
