Is this actually something on neopets that we can sign up for and if so how can i do that??

To my knowledge, it hasn't started yet and it hasn't even been confirmed that it really is going to happen. Keep your eyes open though...I believe it was in June last year.

Yeah, last year it started on June 1, and went until early August. I can't wait for this year, Darigan will beat Haunted Woods this time!
