Background for my shop won't work

Ever since neopets upgraded everything my shop layout refuses to work, i am wondering if there is something i need to do differently because i see other peoples are working fine, so what is wrong with mine?
Any help is appreciated.

I'm just glad that there are people out there who work so hard on their petpages. They are so sweet to provide help to their fellow Neopians like that.

Yes i'm sure it takes alot of hard work to make them i know i couldn't.
