How do you gain more max hitpoints??
Please give me a few ways

Best way to get more hit points is to train for endurance at the Training School on Mystery Island or the Swashbuckling School on Krawk Island. You can also get hit points by eating certain neggs (expensive ones) and from doing the requests of various faeries. Coltzan's Shrine can also raise your hit points.

can't the healing springs also do it?

Healing springs can restore hitpoints you have lost (e.g., if you have 14/50, it can give you up to the 50), but the only way to add to the hitpoints you already have (so, if you have 50 and want to raise it to 51) is to train for endurance, do faerie quests ( the Dark Faerie and Faerie Queen are the faeries who give more hitpoints), do kitchen quests, eat certain neggs, use the lab ray, or visit the Coltzan's Shrine (he too occasionally gives more hps).

After you've been playing for awhile and can save up some neopoints, the lab ray is a good way to increase hit points. The lab ray is not a sure thing, but given enough time it should increase your hit points A LOT! Unfortunately it also lowers your level and defense quite a bit, so if you want a pet with even stats, the lab ray isn't for you.

Actually, the Healing Springs can restore more than your maximum HP, but you can only use them in the first round of a fight in the battledome. After that, they disappear and you're back to max HP only.
