What exactly do you need explaining?

You can have 4 pets on an account. The more applies as people are allowed to have a certain number of side accounts (i forget how many), which you can have other pets on - having side accounts is allowed but there are certain restrictions of what you can and can't do on your side accounts.

so they put the "or more" after the number 4 because people might have more than 1 account, sorry but thats a little too rough for my taste, doesnt seem like something someone would mention out of logic.
