I just seen it on the Trading Post, so now my fiance and I are curious.

I don't know what you mean by what is it - it is just a paint brush that paints your pet Zombie.

TNT released it in the news on October 25 2007. It is not available in Neopet shops, I believe it is found in Random Events.

Snarkie has 2 pets painted with it. Quite a few people were showing off their pets on the boards around November when the first paint brushes were found.
