Sorry, but it sounds like you were scammed. The shop owner probably put an image of a baby paint brush linking to the buy URL of another item priced at 99,999NP. This is why you should always check the pop-up box to make sure it says what you are buying, and always maintain a healthy level of cynicism when looking at things that are too good to be true.

Baby paint brushes are worth a lot more than 99,999NP, so often it wouldn't make sense for anybody to be selling one that low.

Try looking through your history or trying to remember the shop owner's username, then use the 'report this shop' link and recount your story.
