Something wrong with the wheel of misfortune?

I am having trouble playing the wheel of misfortune. Everytime I clicked on the lever to spin it, the screen does not change. Anybody experiencing this problem?

Seems to be "broken" for me, too.

I can't get it to spin either, but if I click it twice I get this message:

Oops! - You can only spin the Wheel of Misfortune once every two hours!!!
