You'd have to provide a lot of information about the account in order to prove it is yours eg, what pets you've abandoned and adopted, what items are in the SDB, shop, what trades you've completed etc. I imagine it would be pretty similar to proving an account that was frozen is yours.
If you can do all of this then someone may be willing to reset your password for you. There's no guarantee but I guess at this stage anything possibility would help.

That doesn't mean someone's been on your account. There was a a "glitch" for a while where unless you'd visited your keyquest collector's box while logged in, it showed you had a certain number of random tokens. Once you visit it, it resets to 0.
