What is the link to the download that allows you to put in custom hobbies? I've heard some people say that it is on Neopets Coalition, but that site is "under construction". Does anybody else have a link, or a direct download?

You can do it through Opera Internet Browser (as far as I know), but it's actually frowned upon by TNT.

hmph most of the top player have theirs customised.
soo.. i have opera, do i just do it through user pref? or do i have to have a special site link?

I have custom hobbies too. I got the instructions from here:

(I think tnt doesn't do anything about it, well, if you keep it nice and clean it shouldn't be a problem!)
