Cheater?

Has been cheating nearly every single game at neopets here is one of them.

It is damn right impossible to get that score. I have posted a message to TNT but they seem far too lazy to respond. So I am posting it here. It also seem he has hacked into neopets judgeing by the configurATion of his user lookup. It downright smurf me off that users can do this and ruin chances for fair players.
But why hasn't been banned or frozen
Please reply I am a bit complex right now.

It's me again. 
Unfortunately cheaters are always a problem. These accounts are just bots - the person makes the accounts and lets a bot run them. They can program what scores they want and in what games and just let the programs run.
TNT will eventually freeze the account, but usually not until they have made considerable nps (which are usually siphoned off into their main account).
If you go to the Games Board, you will usually find other topics based on cheaters found in games (usually found in the World Challenges).
There is not much we can do, but grin and bear it (after reporting). Find another game and hopefully the account will be frozen and you can try for the highscore/trophy.
I do not know how long you have been on Neo for, so you already may know, but if you are after highscores/trophies, then the 1st of the month is the best time as TNT reset the Highscore Tables making it easier to obtain a Top 17 score.
