It could be or one of transmorgification potions could do it. I wish my Grarrl was a Mutant.

You can get one by using a Mynci Transmogrification Potion on your pet. I don't know if the lab zaps mutant or not, though

To each his own, I guess. The Mutant Grarrl doesn't really strike me as dashing, even though Mutant is my second favourite colour (Well, third if you count MSP, but I guess that's counted under Plushie).
They could at least change the colour, no?
