I did not receive a single RE on my birthday a couple of weeks ago, and I'm having the same luck today, so maybe something's changed? Or maybe my luck's just terrible? Anyone else getting RE's? (I do get them on normal days, but I've navigated the site more today than a normal day and haven't gotten a single one -- not even the NeoBadge Chia.)

I can't seem to get the goodie bag to refresh

Come to think of it, I didn't get any RE's on my birthday either (also a couple weeks ago). Also haven't had any today, but to be fair I haven't had a chance to be online much today.

Now off I go to continue refreshing at the toy shop!!

Since the news went up, I've had 3 RE's (dragon flies to MI, an evil dude cackling at me (innocuously), and a Deluxe Krawk Cracker falling out of the sky). And that's in just a few page loads vs. a lot more before the news... I'm thinking it may have been broken but has since been fixed.
