Is Neopets Down?

Haven't been able to get on the site for about 20 minutes. Is it down for everyone? Just thought I'd check in here.

It's up now, I think. It was all messed up for me, and I was really irritated. xD

Neopets has been acting up for me too. Sometimes, I need to refresh pages for up to 10 minutes, but it might be just me.
