WHere is my trophy?

Hi guys, I am new on neopets. So I tried to beat punchbag bob, but the time Ive beaten him, I received the trophy but when I went to my profile it is not there. It is also said that I have not beaten him. Is there something wrong?

First, congrats on beating Punchbag Bob! I remember that taking forever.

That is very strange. If you beat Bob and got the notification that you earned the trophy, then it certainly should show up in you user lookup in the bottom "game trophies" section. You might need to send a help ticket to TNT to see what happened.
