Ok, let me give it a shot.
One word: Glitches.
Being addicted to the game and having my family physically force me off of the computer and yet still be back on in five minutes.
Even with all the users, TFT (oh, excuse me, TNT) *somehow* keeps it running pretty well.
The fact that I can play without the worry of my privacy being attacked, such as spam, etc.
Without Neo, I probably would not be as 'technologically advanced' as I am now.
No popups!!!
I'll probably think of more later.

Every bleeping time I go to do something important on Neopets, I get this message: "Duuurrrrr, um, neopetss iz, dddurrrr, down fer mayntenins, duhhhhh." Look, seriously, is it really necessary to take down the entire site just to fix a few problems? Why not just take down the part of site that you're fixing? DUH!
And it just so happens that I happily bought some TCG packs today and was joyfully about to enter the codes before I went to bed. But guess what? Duuurrrr, down fer mayntenins! And so I have to wait for tomorrow.
On a side note, what's the symbol when you're selecting your prizes that can get you the Freeze Ray thingy? Is it the Paint Brush symbol? Thanks.

lack of good customer support
vague and "unwritten" rules
absurd warnings/lack of needed warnings
auto-freeze bots
scammers, spammers, hackers
report happy people
non existent responses to on-going problems
pet makeovers (koi is the only nice one so far IMO)
no notification when something important (like the lookup glitch and background code change) is implemented
too much time seeing error or maintenance pages
too much merchandise/attention to merchandise and $$ and not enough to the site
:? being addicted to the site to the point where I don't quit in spite of all the problems that makes me want to quit sometimes
my pets!
having a reason to learn html, css and how to make some graphics
meeting new, wonderful people
getting the chance to help people and make them happy, even if it's just by helping them with a background, lookup or a kind word
having a way to be a spendthrift without going bankrupt in real life (i.e. my gallery - I DO love to shop)
getting an avatar for being a packrat (need this one in real life)
the real life aisha family of plushies that I'll never part with
an excuse to go eat Mcdonald's

The filters on the boards are horrible, if you post something like "hell" or "damn" it dosen't even filter it, when they are extremely vulgar curses, and fart itself is vulgar. And if you say something like "bikini" you get a warning. Family site? Yeah right.
The Moehogs and Lennys look MUCH better.

Well, let's see, in recent times
THE GOOD
- Organizing the stocks alphabetically. It was something simply to do and a huge improvement, made managing the stocks a lot easier
- The grey paintbrush
- Freaky Factory game
- Translation to Portuguese (well, I am brazilian, I like to see lots of countrymen around)
- Kreludor bookshop
THE BAD
- Neo goes down now in just two ocasions: all day and every day.
- Lack of focus: there's too many projects going on, and obviously not enough people to handle'em.
TTHE UGLY
- dung PPB. I mean, come on!
THE GOOD

Back on Elephante day (January 16th) , three items were released (The Elestone, Gilded Elephante Claw, and Ancient Elephante Bracelet. Since then, I have been trying to find the items, though in vain as they still don't seem to exist...anywhere's....was this an oversight? Or are they just that rare? They look cool and would look very nice on my recent Elephante addition *HINT HINT* -Suimaru
