I changed some prices in my shop and hit the update button, then had to step away from my computer for a few minutes to make my kid her lunch. When I got back, I saw that I had an error -- this item's price can not be updated -- and when I reloaded my shop, the prices were all completely scrambled and random.

Repeated efforts to reprice everything kept taking me to the blank screen after hitting the update button. Somewhere in all of that crisis, somebody bought my Super Icy Negg for 40 NPs. (One of the scrambled, random prices that I was trying to fix!)

(And okay, I got the thing for free when refreshing at the Advent Calendar, so it's not like I'm out actual money or anything, but still!)

I've heard of it doing that before... Always after someone refreshes the pricing page, so I try to never refresh there. Sorry about your loss :/ Glitch report maybe?

This has happened to me a few times. It's MEGA frustrating! Last time I lost a Secret lab map piece for who knows how much - less than 1000, for sure. Again, map was from a RE, but it does rankle. Sometimes I wish there was a confirmation popup or something for the price update. Of course, that would probably drive me crazy most of the time, but I hate losing valuable stuff because of a glitch!

I seem to recall someone saying that happens when someone buys something out of your shop at precisely the same time you're trying to price something.
Next time, just check "remove all" next to the Update button to keep people from buying the stuff.
