What does the quality mean?

It means you can set the quality of the games to High, Medium or Low.

A lot of people couldn't play games when this option was taken away because they're on older computers that can't run the games very well when they're set to high. o.o

I also wonder about the "Difficulty" - does it mean how difficult you want the game to be or how difficult you think it is or what?

It's for the players themselves to rate and show how difficult they think the game is. A little handy if you ask me. The old way they had things made the easiest games look as if they were impossible.

Now I can stop my crazy crusade, heh. I'm so happy it's going to be put back. All other issues I had seem to have been resolved as well.

I noticed a few days ago the background color on games in Neopia Central changed from green to blue. I liked the green better. :/ But that's no big deal. I'm just thrilled that functionality is being returned.
