ok i am being given a test and i'm calling on ppt to pull me through! I am going to post an image on here and i need you guys to help me find out where and when it's from on neopets! I need you PPT!

EDIT - it was a tiny clip of jubble bubble. the shoyrus fin and a jubjub toe. I wouldn't have recognized it, but... my guild leader and i were talking about it extensively last night. makes me think he might have WANTED me to win....
