Hi, I'm in need of some help. I was surfing the Premium Charter boards, and when I clicked on a topic it took me to the default premium log in page. The one that you go to when you sign up for premium. I can't log into my neopets account from this page, only my webmail. Every time I type "www.neopets.com" in on this browser (Firefox) now, it takes me to that page...so I can't access my account. I haven't tried logging in with Internet Explorer because I fear losing the ability to use that browser too. This happened on my desktop a few months ago with Internet Explorer. It can't be that I lost my premium service because I can access my webmail still, and I can't think of any reason I'd be frozen. And when this happend on my desktop I could access my account with Firefox on there. I still can't access Neopets proper on IE with my desktop either.

If anyone has any suggestions on what to do...I'd really appreciate it. This has got me a little worried.

Okay I think I've figured out the problem. I opened up my browser on my desktop and it took me to the main Neopets page. I turned off my portal and I'm able to surf the boards now. It seems most Premiums are having problems with their portals right now. Sorry for upsetting the boards with my fear.

I'M having the same problem, was alble to use supershop wizard but everytime I wanted to play a game I get redirected at the same page of yours. And yes It made you sweat or worry.

Still can't access Neopets on my IE on my desktop...but at least I know that it wasn't just me now. I was worried they might've cancelled my premium or frozen my account. -breathes easier now-
