Does anyone here have tips on unlocking site themes yet? I have yet to find any.

Help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

In short, a lot of them are plot-related and therefore not obtainable anymore. However, the Halloween, Winter, Valentine's and Altador Plot ones can still be gotten. Halloween, Winter, and Valentine's are day-specific (you can only get them that day of the year, and there is often a sidebar-related thread in General Chat when that happens).
The Altador Plot one is awarded when you complete the Altador Plot, which is still open (For help with this plot and a guide, check out our thread here: http://www.pinkpt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=31317).

Yea thanks. I figured it was rigged in that sort of sence somehow. Sucks ya cant just buy some in a shop yet.
