But education users is a great idea. I lost one account something exactly like that a couple of years back and one of my good friends was frozen to. I agree that Neopets really has no customer service. The rules listed seem to leave alot to be interprited. I think that at least, the rules could be more clean cut. How one person interprits the rules can greatly vary from player to player and moniter to moniter.

I agree with educating users, but how about carifying the T&C frst? It's terrible that the rules are so vague that they can be misinterpreted by even their own staff :roll:. I understand why they are so vague {kinda anyway} but honestly, at least clarify them for the support staff *begs*.
