I think they are trying to get one in the works. I can't imagine what the content would be like. They could go into all the old neopian times and pull from that. I mean, once we write and submit a story to that, they can use it in any way shape or form they like, for know and until eternity. By writing for the times, you understand that neopets gets your work. So one of these days one of use might get lucky (or unlucky) enough to see one of our stories in animated form.

Unfortunately, the artist might take artistic liberty and completely change the plot, but the true author will probably recognize their work, even if it isn't going to play out word for word, or even if the ending is changed.

Although, I hope that if they did pull from the times, they could give a little shout out to the original author. Like say "adapted from the Neopian times article entitled such and such by so and so.."
