Any suggestions on how to make them aware?

My account got frozen a few years ago, it took about 7 months before it was unfrozen. I kept playing on my side account and every week emailed in about my frozen account (i have no idea how, but someone got my password and then started scamming from it). I got my account back eventually, sans 8mill

but with all my items and trophies, so you've jsut gotta keep at it

You might also try contacting the Better Business Bureau in CA where NP is located (San Fran? I'm blanking). I know they've negotiated with Neopets successfully in some circumstances.

I used to know their street address, but I lost it. I think someone posted it on the forums a while back? Anyway, I agree with the suggestion of contacting the BBB; I have heard of a few people managing to get better responses from TNT through them.

lu5t: I got an email back about a week or two ago saying my language in a PM to my friend was "inappropriate" because it contained a prohibited word. Which, I'm sorry but that's crock. It smurf me off considering I had quite a bit of NP saved up and I had multiple rare items, along with three BRAND NEW Key Quest figures I'd just activated from my plushie codes literally about 2 days before I was frozen. I've thought about creating a new account, but honestly I don't have the energy to spend a whole other year getting back to the point it took me that long to get to in the first place :/ Any luck for you?
