The "Sponsored Links" box that is popping up on pages is giving me headaches like you wouldn't believe, as it loads after the rest of the page and causes everything to move up after loading.

Has anyone got any advice on blocking it? It's not an image or a script, so adblock is no help.

Try the Remove It Permanently add-on for Firefox.
