Well, I'm a very happy camper.

Barf boat? Really? The game won't let me do anything, so I have no chance of getting the 40 challenges done. It's not even because I stink at the game, it's because the game doesn't even give me a chance. That's just ...lame. Why did they pick a game that many people have trouble loading?

MMM glitchy.

Sadly all I'm getting are the anti-barf pills and sloth books. The Spinacles challenge says I am done and yet it is not in my inventory. Bah. So glitchy this year.

Actually I didn't notice at the time, but you're right. I didn't get the Spinacles thought bubble either. Oh well. I have the pack rat avatar now and can barely care about throwing more items in the SDB now :)

I'm willing to bet my entire Neopian bank account (worth a few Maraquan paint brushes) that we get the Spinacle thought bubble before we get the AAA Gumball machine (*cough* 2008 MegaSuperb Prize *cough*). In the meantime, I've thrown all my duplicates in two trades indicating that they are duplicates.

After taking forever to get 2700+ (2895 tonight!) on Meepits from Hades, I scrambled like crazy today to try and get the remaining challenges done. Sadly I fell short by two - Spinacles (could only get a max of 2700-ish (ironically)) and Super Hasee Bounce (about 680 max). Bah.

However, it looks like we may have another day? The main GMC page kind of looks like it is still possible. Can anyone confirm?

EDIT: I submitted a score of 854 on Super Hasee Bounce this morning (12/2) and received the prize :) Only one more to go... Tips on Spinacles anyone?

Well, I can tell you how I beat Spinacles, and I hope that helps. I played it on level 3, and I just kept building up the center ball until it was rather large and had a lot of 2+ sets of colors available. Then I made as many combos in a row as I could, since doing multiple combos increases the amount each combo is worth. (I think the max you can get is 11 points per ball.) The later levels go a bit faster, since you build up the center ball more quickly and there's usually more combos to make, but the 3rd level is safer, since you can lose the game if an edge of the Spinacles ball gets so large that it goes off the screen, which can be a problem later on.

I did what Amarise did for Spinacles.

Hasee Bounce 2 took me like 40-50 tries. :x

It's over now, and I managed to get 27 out of 30 done. The hasee bounce game was too hard for me, and I only got up to about 3000 on spinacles. I also forgot the game rating.

Yeah. All in all I'd agree this year was pretty good. I wish I could have spent a bit more time each day on the games. I know I would have completed everything if I had an extra hour each day. Ah well, maybe next year :)

40/40. Was extremely frustrating but fun too.

I just wish they released the avatar + sidebar again this year

Mine's reverted a bit. It still says I have 40/40, but the GMC page shows five of the challenges as not being complete, e.g. it doesn't show the prizes in the boxes. Oh well. I suspect TNT broke it when they fixed the duplicate prizes.
