The restock are down. there are soo many good items to buy, yet you can't becuase restocks are down. it just says this when you want to haggle.

Yeah, it's annoying. But it's not as bad as the day when almost every shop had at least 2 unbuyables in it. The Meridell Petpet shop had a Turmac, Zebie, Gallion, Dragoyle, and Turtum.
